Private Events at Krama

Celebrations above the rooftops of Chora

01Occasions

The evenings worth planning

Krama sits on a rooftop above Mykonos Town, with candlelight, fire bowls and a pool that glows after dark, and a kitchen led by chef Ioannis Parikos. It is a restaurant that takes an occasion seriously, for parties of up to eighty guests.

Birthdays

Birthdays & anniversaries

A long table under the pergola, a cake brought out at the right moment, and a menu agreed in advance so nobody spends the evening reading one.

Proposals

Proposals

The quietest corner of the terrace, the timing rehearsed with your waiter, and a clear sightline for whoever is holding the camera.

Weddings

Weddings & rehearsal dinners

Welcome dinners, rehearsal evenings and the calm day after: smaller and more personal than the wedding itself, and often the part guests remember.

Corporate

Company dinners

Client dinners, team celebrations and closing nights: one set menu, one bill, and a private stretch of the rooftop away from the rest of the room.

02Formats

Three ways to take the room

From a reserved corner during normal service to the whole restaurant for the night. The right format depends on your numbers and on how private the evening needs to be.

10–20 guests

A reserved corner

Your own section of the terrace while the restaurant runs its normal evening. A set menu agreed in advance, and a table held for as long as you need it.

20–45 guests

Semi-private

A screened part of the rooftop with its own service team, giving you enough separation for speeches and a toast without taking the whole restaurant.

Up to 80 seated

The full buyout

The whole of Krama for the evening: the terrace, the pool deck and the dining room. The start time, the menu and the music are yours to set.

03The Menu

Menus written for your table

Chef Ioannis Parikos designs a set menu around the occasion, drawing on the same Greek and Cycladic cooking that fills the à-la-carte: Greek crab with crunchy brioche, lamb cooked for twelve hours, a dessert built for a room to share.

A set menu is what keeps an event moving. Everyone is served together, the pace stays with the kitchen, and the evening never stalls while forty people read the same page.

Dietary needs are written into the menu rather than worked around it: there are vegetarian and vegan dishes on the à-la-carte, and gluten-free bread is available. Tell us when you enquire and the chef will build them in.

Our sommelier will pair the wines course by course, or set a house selection to a per-table budget.

04Atmosphere

Music, light and the shape of the night

Live musicians and DJ sets are both possible at Krama. Tell us the mood you have in mind, whether a duo behind the aperitif or a set that lifts after dessert, and we will propose the right option for the size of your party.

The rest of the atmosphere is already there: fire bowls along the deck, lanterns through the terrace, and the pool lit from below once the sky goes dark. Most events need very little dressing beyond a seating plan and the flowers you choose to bring.

05Planning

How it works

Four steps, and most of the work is ours.

  1. Tell us the essentials

The date, the number of guests and the occasion. That is enough for us to check the book and start.

  2. We send a proposal

Within 24 hours: the format that fits your numbers, a draft menu from the chef, and what the evening will cost.

  3. A deposit confirms the date

The date is held in the book once the deposit is received, and the menu can keep evolving after that.

  4. We plan the details

Final numbers, seating, cake, music and timings, all settled about a week before, so the night itself is yours.

06Questions

Before you enquire

How many guests can Krama host for a private event?

Up to 80 guests seated. Smaller parties can take a reserved corner of the terrace during normal service, and larger ones a screened, semi-private section or the whole restaurant.

Can we book the whole restaurant?

Yes. A full buyout gives you the terrace, the pool deck and the dining room for the evening, seating up to 80 guests, with the menu, the music and the start time set by you.

Is there a set menu for groups?

Yes. Chef Ioannis Parikos writes a set menu around your occasion, so every guest is served together and the evening keeps its pace. Vegetarian and vegan dishes and gluten-free bread can be built into it, so tell us when you enquire.

Can we have live music or a DJ?

Both are possible. Live musicians and DJ sets can be arranged for private events. Tell us the mood you have in mind and we will propose the right option for the size of your party.

What time do private events start?

Regular service runs from 19:30 until midnight. On a full buyout an earlier start can be arranged, which is often the right choice for welcome drinks, speeches or a long summer sunset.

How do we confirm a date?

Send us the date, the number of guests and the occasion. We reply with a proposal within 24 hours, and a deposit confirms the date in the book.

Tell us about your evening

The date, the party and the occasion, and we will take care of the rest.
