Rehearsal & Wedding-Week Dinners

The evenings around your wedding, above Chora

01Occasions

Every evening of the wedding week

A wedding in Mykonos is never one dinner. Krama hosts the evenings around it on a rooftop above Mykonos Town: candlelight, fire bowls, a pool that glows after dark, and a kitchen led by chef Ioannis Parikos.

Rehearsal

The rehearsal dinner

The evening before, with the two families at one table for the first time. A set menu keeps the courses moving, and the terrace does the rest.

Welcome

The welcome dinner

The night your guests land on the island: long tables, easy pacing, and a first look at the view they flew in for.

Day after

The day-after dinner

The calm evening once the confetti settles: a smaller table, the stories from the night before, and no schedule at all.

02The Setting

A rooftop wedding table above Chora

Krama sits above the lanes of Mykonos Town, a short walk for guests staying in Chora, so the evening needs no transfers and no shuttle timetable.

The terrace photographs the way it feels: whitewash and warm light, lanterns along the tables, the pool lit from below and the rooftops of Chora running to the sea.

Wedding planners and travel advisers: send your running order and we will fit the evening to it, from the first glass to the last song.

03Formats

Three ways to take the room

From a reserved corner during normal service to the whole restaurant for the night. The right format depends on your numbers and on how private the evening needs to be.

10–20 guests

A reserved corner

Your own section of the terrace while the restaurant runs its normal evening. A set menu agreed in advance, and a table held for as long as you need it.

20–45 guests

Semi-private

A screened part of the rooftop with its own service team, giving you enough separation for speeches and a toast without taking the whole restaurant.

Up to 80 seated

The full buyout

The whole of Krama for the evening: the terrace, the pool deck and the dining room. The start time, the menu and the music are yours to set.

04The Menu

Menus written for your table

Chef Ioannis Parikos designs a set menu around the occasion, drawing on the same Greek and Cycladic cooking that fills the à-la-carte: Greek crab with crunchy brioche, lamb cooked for twelve hours, a dessert built for a room to share.

A set menu is what keeps an event moving. Everyone is served together, the pace stays with the kitchen, and the evening never stalls while forty people read the same page.

Dietary needs are written into the menu rather than worked around it: there are vegetarian and vegan dishes on the à-la-carte, and gluten-free bread is available. Tell us when you enquire and the chef will build them in.

Our sommelier will pair the wines course by course, or set a house selection to a per-table budget.

05Planning

How it works

Four steps, and most of the work is ours.

  1. Tell us the essentials

The date, the number of guests and the occasion. That is enough for us to check the book and start.

  2. We send a proposal

Within 24 hours: the format that fits your numbers, a draft menu from the chef, and what the evening will cost.

  3. A deposit confirms the date

The date is held in the book once the deposit is received, and the menu can keep evolving after that.

  4. We plan the details

Final numbers, seating, cake, music and timings, all settled about a week before, so the night itself is yours.

06Questions

Before you enquire

Can Krama host a wedding reception dinner?

The reception itself is not what Krama hosts; we take the evenings around it. Rehearsal dinners, welcome dinners and day-after dinners run up to 80 seated guests, up to a full buyout of the rooftop.

Is Krama available for rehearsal dinners and welcome dinners?

Yes. A rehearsal or welcome dinner usually takes a reserved corner of the terrace or a semi-private section during normal service; the whole restaurant is possible when the guest list asks for it.

Can the wedding party have live music or a DJ?

Both are possible. Live musicians and DJ sets can be arranged for private events. Tell us the mood you have in mind and we will propose the right option for the size of your party.

Can the dinner start earlier than 19:30?

Regular service runs from 19:30 until midnight. On a full buyout an earlier start can be arranged, which is often the right choice for welcome drinks, speeches or a long summer sunset.

Do guests need transport to reach Krama?

Krama is in Mykonos Town itself, above the lanes of Chora, so guests staying in town arrive on foot. For guests staying further out, taxis drop within a short walk of the door.

How do we confirm a wedding date?

Send us the date, the number of guests and the occasion. We reply with a proposal within 24 hours, and a deposit confirms the date in the book.

Tell us about your evening

The date, the party and the occasion, and we will take care of the rest.
