The Tasting Menu

Six courses by chef Ioannis Parikos

01The Journey

One evening, told in six plates

Krama means a harmonious blend, parts that only make sense together. The tasting menu is that idea served in order: six courses that move from the Aegean to the land and end in chocolate, each one a signature the kitchen has spent years refining.

You do not choose it dish by dish. The chef decides the sequence, the kitchen sets the pace, and the table travels together, which is exactly why it reads differently from the same dishes ordered à-la-carte.

03The Evening

How the night runs

A few things worth knowing before you book.

Served per table

The tasting menu is taken by everyone at the table. It keeps the courses in step and lets the kitchen time the evening properly, so it is worth arriving together.

Dinner from 19:30

Service runs from 19:30 until midnight through the season. Earlier tables catch the last of the light over Chora; later ones get the rooftop at its darkest and best.

Dietary adaptations

There are vegetarian and vegan dishes on the à-la-carte and gluten-free bread is available. Tell us when you book and the chef will adapt the sequence rather than simply remove a course.

Wine, by the glass or the bottle

A wine pairing can be arranged on request, and our sommelier will build it around the six courses. The full Greek and international list is also open to you.

Courses may shift with the season and the morning's catch; the kitchen will tell you what has changed on the night.
